Attending our church feels like coming home to your family. Our congregation is truly family and community-oriented. You’ll see people of all ages chatting and laughing together, and we love to share in each other's lives—both the joys and the struggles. We're always looking to grow our church with new families!
Our worship style is traditional and focuses on familiar hymns. For special occasions, we are blessed with beautiful live music from our bell choir and piano ensembles. It is a special touch that really makes for a meaningful service!
A typical Sunday service has a warm, familiar flow. We start with announcements about all the ways to get involved, followed by prayer requests and a time to celebrate our church family and community joys. We always make time for greeting, where you can get to know the people around you and catch up with old friends. The service also includes scripture readings and a sermon, a children’s time, as well as singing hymns and special music performances.
Worship services begin at 9:30 a.m. on all Sundays, except for months having a 5th Sunday.
On 5th Sundays, we combine our service with the United Church of Bennington. The service is held at Minneapolis First United Methodist church.
The service lasts approximately one hour.
Parking is available on Rock Street in front of the church, or in our parking lot off on the east side of the church, on 5th Street.
A lift elevator is available at the front entrance of the church (Rock Street entrance).
Casual attire to Sunday best is seen at our church!
Kids of all ages are welcome and encouraged to attend the worship service! We're looking to grow our congregation with new families.
A children's time is part of the morning worship, where the young children gather at the front of the church for a special bible lesson.
Should parents need to step out of the service with their children, a nursery is available. Please note the nursery is not currently staffed.
