30 Day Shred. The video takes approximately 27 minutes, including warm up and cool down. There are 3 levels and lots of room for modifications for those needing a lower impact routine. Group size varies along with age range.
We welcome any and all who would like a workout partner or just need some accountability.
We don't take things too seriously and most of all we try to HAVE FUN! The fellowship we share is an added bonus!
